This course is designed for professionals who wish to master the principles of screw-retained-free fixation on dental implants (both conometric and multi-unit types) and to understand their advantages over other dental prosthesis fixation methods.

The course includes a practical component during which participants will have the opportunity to perform impression-taking procedures on artificial jaw models, as well as to gain hands-on experience with all the components of the aforementioned fixation systems required for screwless restoration – from single-tooth cases to full-arch prostheses.

Theoretical Part

  • Types of fixation of dental prostheses on implants.
  • Principles and concept of conometric fixation of dental prostheses.
  • Principles and concept of screwless fixation using multi-unit prosthetic abutments.
  • Overview of the advantages of these fixation methods compared to conventional prosthetic approaches.
  • Clinical and laboratory workflows of these fixation methods.
  • Advanced screwless fixation techniques for prosthetic rehabilitation, from single-tooth restorations to fully edentulous jaws.

11:00–11:30 – Coffee Break

11:30–13:00

  • Analysis of Clinical Cases: Various clinical scenarios will be discussed, ranging from single-tooth restorations to full-arch rehabilitation using these fixation methods.

13:00–14:00 – Lunch Break

Practical Part

14:00–18:00

  • During the practical sessions, participants will be introduced to the clinical and laboratory components required for the aforementioned dental prosthesis fixation methods.
  • In addition, participants will learn how to use a specialized implant angulation gauge in clinical settings to accurately determine the selection logic for components of bridge prosthetic constructions.
